What is the Performia Personality Test?

How long does the process take?

What is a Performia License?
A License gives your company permanent access to the Performia online system, so you can test and evaluate candidates independently — with ongoing support and quality control from Performia. It includes training to use the system, interpret results, and run structured hiring interviews. This is Performia's flagship product.

Yes. You can engage Performia for individual tests and evaluations — useful if you're hiring for a specific role and want a professional second opinion. This is how most clients start before committing to a longer programme.
