If your product listing on Facebook Marketplace wasn’t approved, learn how to[appeal a Marketplace listing](https://www.facebook.com/help/2193854224216494). Products in your catalog go through an automatic review to ensure that they comply with our policies. If products don’t comply with our [Meta Advertising Standards](https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads), they won't show in your ads. If products don't comply with our [Commerce Policies](https://www.facebook.com/policies/commerce), they won't show in your shop and you can't tag them on Facebook and Instagram. Products that don't comply show as rejected in your catalog. If you believe products were incorrectly rejected, you can request another review in Commerce Manager or Business Support Home. You can submit up to 5,000 products for review every 7 days. You may also be able to edit rejected products to comply with our policies. ## Request a review of rejected products in Commerce Manager To view products with policy violations and request reviews in Commerce Manager: 1. Go to [Commerce Manager](https://www.facebook.com/commerce_manager) and select your catalog. 2. Open the **Catalog** tab and go to **Products**. 3. To view rejected products, go to **Filters** on the right and find **Issues**. Click **Advantage+ catalog ads** or **Shops and Marketplace** and select **Policy violations**. Rejected products appear on the left. 4. Click the checkboxes to select up to 100 rejected products. 5. Click **Request review** at the top. 6. To see why products were rejected, check the **Policy issues** column. Click on the information given below **Policy issues** to review the policy that each product doesn’t comply with. 7. If you think these products shouldn’t be rejected, click **Submit** and then **Done**. Your products are now in review. To check a product's review status, click on it in the **Items** tab to open its details and go to **Issues**. Reviews typically take up to a few days. If your review is approved, products will become ready to use. If the review isn’t approved, products will stay rejected. After the review is complete, you can’t submit another review request for the same products unless you edit them first. ## Request a review of rejected products in Business Support Home You can also request a review of rejected products in Business Support Home: 1. Go to [**Business Support Home**](https://www.facebook.com/business-support-home). 2. Click **View my accounts**. Select your business account. 3. Below **Commerce accounts and catalogs** , select the catalog that contains rejected products. You can see the number of rejected products on the right. 4. Your rejected products appear. To see why products were rejected, check the **Policy issue** column. Hover over ![](images/987f101fccd1712798b5867095787d3ea5d74fad.webp)**Information** and click **See more info** to review the policy that each product doesn’t comply with. 5. If you believe products shouldn’t be rejected, click the checkboxes on the left to select up to 100 products. Click **Request review** , **Submit** and then **OK**. Your products are now in review and appear in the **In review** tab. Reviews typically take up to a few days. You can check back at any time to see your review status. If your review is approved, products will move to the **Reversed** tab and become ready to use. If the review isn’t approved, products will move to the **Unchanged** tab and stay rejected. After the review is complete, you can’t submit another review request for the same products unless you edit them first. ## Edit rejected products to comply with our policies You can also try editing rejected products to comply with our policies. When you edit products, they’re automatically reviewed again. You don't need to request a review Edit products using your original data source, meaning the same way you added them to your catalog in Commerce Manager. For example, edit products manually, in your data feed, on your connected partner platform or via API. **Note:** Editing a product cancels any pending reviews.
